Return Window

Customers in the United States may return products within 30 days of the delivery date no reason required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Notify Us
    Email support@livelydeals.net with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Authorization & Instructions
    Once reviewed, we’ll provide return authorization instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return Packaging Guidelines

  • Return the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Include the return authorization form and any relevant documentation.
  • Use the provided prepaid label, or follow the instructions if using your own courier.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.
  • Change of Mind (wrong size, unwanted, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Conditions for Return Approval

  • Change of Mind:
    Item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective Items:
    Email us immediately. We’ll cover shipping and issue a refund or replacement.
  • Damaged Items:
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll assess the damage and arrange a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect Items:
    If you received the wrong item, we’ll handle return shipping and ship the correct item.
  • Non-Delivery:
    If your package hasn't arrived, contact us to launch a courier investigation. If unresolved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Cancellations:
    You may cancel orders before they ship. If already shipped, the regular return process applies.
  • Exchanges:
    Not accepted. Please initiate a return and place a new order if needed.

Refund Timeline

  • Return Approval: Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Window: Item must be returned within 14 days of return approval.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your item, we’ll inspect it within 7 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
